白皮书
白皮书是基于概述、行业赋能与市场研究前三模块收敛而成的可发布文档，共十篇：执行摘要构成入口，随后依次是引言、定义、架构、实践、基准、产业格局、治理与风险、发展展望、术语表与参考资料。

The Whitepaper is a publishable document converged from the Overview, Industry Empowerment and Market Research modules. It consists of ten chapters: the executive summary forms the entry point, followed by introduction, definition, architecture, practice, benchmark, industry landscape, governance & risk, outlook, glossary and references.
The Whitepaper answers: why AI Harness matters now, what its definition and architecture are, how to put it into practice, how to benchmark it, what the industry landscape is, and how to govern and look ahead. Reading the group README (executive summary) first yields all the core conclusions.
